      <Abstract>The association between thromboembolic disease and cancer is frequent. Unusual localizations require an exhaustive etiological assessment, with the search for an occult neoplasia. We report the case of a young patient with no digestive symptoms who presented with an unusual upper limb thrombosis revealing gastric adenocarcinoma.</Abstract>
